Omnes Mining Note (OMN)
The Omnes Mining Note (OMN) provides institutional and accredited investors with structured exposure to Bitcoin’s computational yield. Each OMN represents participation in a four-year note backed by Bitcoin mining output, designed to deliver consistent BTC-denominated returns over the tenor of the note.
OMN is issued as tokenized securities through a Luxembourg securitisation fund and can be held as a token. Transfers are limited to verified investors on the Omnes Allowlist, ensuring full compliance and asset integrity. Subscriptions and peer-to-peer secondary sales are settled in USD or USDC.
