Purchasing OMN
Overview
Investors can purchase OMN (the Omnes Mining Note) directly through the Omnes Investor Portal once onboarding and eligibility verification are complete.
This section explains how to subscribe to OMN offerings, fund your investment, and track the status of your subscription through the portal.
Subscription Process
1. Access the Invest section
Log in to your Omnes Investor Portal account.
Navigate to the Invest section from the sidebar menu.
Available OMN offerings will be displayed along with their tranche details, minimum investment amounts, and key terms.
2. Select an offering
Choose the active OMN tranche you wish to subscribe to.
Review the Private Placement Memorandum (PPM), Subscription Agreement, and key facts before proceeding.
Click Subscribe to begin your order.
3. Enter subscription details
Specify the investment amount and confirm the investing entity under which you are subscribing.
Provide any additional information requested (funding source, custodian details, or wallet information if token delivery is enabled).
Review and digitally sign the Subscription Agreement.
4. Submit for verification
Once your application is submitted, it will be reviewed by the Omnes compliance and operations team.
Verification typically includes AML/KYC confirmation, entity validation, and accreditation status checks.
You can track progress in the Orders section of the portal, where each stage is marked as Draft, Under Review, Approved, or Completed.
Funding and Settlement
1. Receive payment instructions
After your subscription is approved, you’ll receive funding instructions via secure communication inside the portal.
OMN purchases can be funded by bank wire transfer or stablecoin payment
Payment must be made from the verified entity’s bank account or authorized wallet.
2. Payment confirmation
Once your payment is received, it will be matched to your order ID and confirmed within the portal.
Status updates are reflected automatically under Orders → Payment Received.
3. Allocation and issuance
After settlement, your subscribed OMN tokens will appear in your Portfolio.
Tokenized balances are issued only to wallets pre-approved on your entity’s allowlist.
Any gas or bank fees incurred for purchases are the responsibility of the investor.
Tracking Your Subscription
You can monitor your investment throughout its lifecycle from the Orders and Portfolio sections:
Orders: Displays all subscription and payment history.
Portfolio: Shows final allocations, settlement date, and ongoing performance metrics.
Each completed subscription includes links to associated documents such as the signed Subscription Agreement and allocation confirmation.
